Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an excellent dining experience for our patrons.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Provide menus and relay accurate information regarding menu items.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Understanding of restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.

Pay: $15.70-$16.50 per hour
