We are seeking a dedicated detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
- Investigate customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions or alternatives
- Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process customer orders through internal systems
- Support sales efforts by recognizing customer needs and organically suggesting relevant upgrades or new products
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
- Experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with Sage systems or similar software is advantageous

Pay: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
