Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sloped roofing (asphalt shingles, underlay, ventilation, flashing)
- Experience with both new construction and renovation work
- Fully tooled crew with reliable transportation
- Active WCB & liability insurance
- Attention to detail, clean installs, and strong work ethic
- Experience with steep pitch, skylights, or detailed flashing work
- Familiarity with Calgary’s builders and renovation standards
- Own dump trailer or disposal setup (not required, but preferred)
