Digital Enablement & AI Adoption Project Manager for a leading organization undergoing an exciting digital transformation journey locate in Calgary, AB. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project leader who is passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, innovation, and organizational change.
In this role, you will serve as a key link between business and technology teams, driving the adoption of digital solutions and AI-enabled initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders at all levels, and help deliver measurable business value through technology adoption, process improvement, and transformation initiatives

Responsibilities:
Digital Enablement & AI Adoption
- Champion the adoption of digital technologies, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization.
- Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies that increase awareness, understanding, and utilization of AI and emerging technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where digital tools and AI can improve operational performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Promote best practices related to AI awareness, responsible use, and organizational adoption.
- Lead workshops, engagement sessions, and communication initiatives that support user readiness and adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, operational teams, technology stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor and facilitator, bringing together diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Coordinate efforts between business functions, Data & IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.
- Lead governance meetings, stakeholder workshops, and decision-making forums.
- Drive organizational engagement through effective communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management.
Project & Program Leadership
- Lead multiple concurrent digital transformation, AI adoption, and business technology initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource constraints.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Track performance metrics and support value realization activities.
Business & Technology Alignment
- Translate business requirements into actionable project and technology workstreams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, practical, and business-focused solutions.
- Support innovation initiatives and new technology adoption programs.
- Balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic business outcomes.
- Promote collaboration between business teams and technology groups to accelerate project success.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, delivery processes, and business outcomes.
- Support the development of frameworks and methodologies that enhance digital transformation efforts.
- Contribute to organizational learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives and stakeholder engagement programs.

Experience with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
