Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Outreach Representative to promote our dental services at busy plazas and community locations in Mississauga. You will engage with potential patients, provide information about our services, and encourage them to book appointments. This is a performance-driven role where you will be rewarded for results.
Responsibilities:
- Visit designated high-traffic locations such as shopping plazas to connect with potential patients.
- Professionally present our dental office services and answer basic questions.
- Schedule appointments for new and emergency patients.
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of our dental office at all times.
- Track outreach activity and appointment bookings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable speaking with the public in a professional manner.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare outreach is a plus.
Compensation:
- Flat hourly wage plus per-case bonus for every successfully booked patient.
