Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Professional Mover to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with strong potential for advancement into a Team Lead role with higher pay for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate has prior moving experience, is physically capable, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring moves are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Duties
- Safely lift, carry, and load furniture and household/commercial items
- Pack, wrap, and secure items to prevent damage during transport
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks efficiently and safely
- Operate moving equipment and tools when required
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members on-site
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks, equipment, and job sites
- Work closely with the team to complete moves on schedule
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent injuries or damage
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience in moving or a similar physical labor role
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift heavy items consistently throughout the day
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with driving trucks or equipment is a plus
