What You'll Do
Keep Production Moving

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and production equipment to minimize downtime.

Respond quickly to breakdowns and implement effective solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Drive Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.

Identify potential issues before they become production problems.
Operate Safely and Efficiently

Follow all safety procedures, including lockout and other required maintenance protocols.

Support the safe operation of plant utilities and related equipment.
Improve How We Work

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and maintenance practices.

Share knowledge, support teammates, and help strengthen maintenance processes and documentation.
What You'll Bring

Red Seal Electrician certification (4th Year Apprentices will also be considered).

Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment.

Strong electrical diagnostics and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety record.

Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in food manufacturing, automated production systems, Power Engineering, or maintenance management systems is considered an asset.

Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
