Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified mechanic who is committed to delivering excellent service and troubleshooting complex automotive issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of working on a wide variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on all makes and models of vehicles
- Ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining a fast turnaround time
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for automotive repairs
Requirements:
- Current certification (310S or equivalent) as a licensed automotive mechanic
- Reside within the Ottawa/Gatineau region or surrounding areas
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a certified mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
