Job Opportunity: Full-Time Permanent Nanny (Toronto)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $20.00+ per hour (Commensurate with education and experience)
Environment: Non-smoking home with one cat.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional, live-out or live-in nanny for a family in Toronto with one toddler. This is a permanent placement for a candidate who is highly dependable and flexible. Note: The successful candidate
must be willing and able to travel to Mexico with the family during the winter months and up North to the Cottage in the Summer months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare: Provide high-quality, client-centered care with a focus on safety and developmental engagement.
- Household Support: Assist with meal preparation, cooking, children’s laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Travel: Accompany the family on winter trips to Mexico (valid travel documents required). Summer trips to the Cottage.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional childcare experience with strong references.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation.
- Credentials: Valid CPR and First Aid Certificates.
- Security: A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is mandatory.
- Transportation: A valid Driver’s License is required. While a personal vehicle is preferred, the location is accessible via public transit.
