The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated carpenter/ renovator to join our team. You will be working on a variety of residential renovation projects, both independently and alongside a small crew.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with the required experience, someone who shows up consistently, and wants to be part of a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential renovation work including framing, drywall, trim, and finishing
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with team members and occasionally with clients on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of site plans, punch lists, and renovations processes.
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Own basic hand tools (preferred)
- 2+ years experience in carpentry/ renovations work.
- A valid G class license
- Proficiency in using power tools required to complete projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively in residential environments.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Preferred
- Experience with tiling, flooring, or cabinetry
- Ability to read plans and layouts
- Experience in customer-facing roles / team leadership

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
