POSITION SUMMARY

- Hours of operation are 9am to 3am during our peak season
- Candidates must be able to work out doors in very fast paced high stress situations
- Ideal candidates will have FULL AVAILABILITY
SALARY: $20.65 per hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an Ambassador for Clifton Hill, interact with our guests and show off your knowledge of the area including the various attractions, retail, and food & beverage outlets
- Open and close the Speedway
- Complete accurate safety checks
- Be knowledgeable about the rules and enforce rules for guests’ safety
- Effectively communicate with customers in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication and body language to ensure an enjoyable experience
- Follow directions of Supervisors and Operator
- Notify Supervisors/Managers immediately of any issues/repairs/maintenance
- Complete basic troubleshooting if there is a problem, resolve accidents, direct cars, etc...
- Maintain a clean and efficient operation during shift
- Move gates to divert karts off track and into pit
- Other duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to interact with the public in a warm and friendly manner
- Available to work a variety of rotating shifts, including weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Must respect and adhere to safety standards
- Appearance suitable for a family resort environment
- Capable of working in high volume conditions - lift, run, push, bend and stand for extended periods of time
