Job Description:
We are expanding our Commercial Service & Maintenance Division and are hiring an experienced Service & Maintenance Roofing Foreman to lead high-skill service crew across the Lower Mainland.
This is leadership-driven, independent, commercial service work - leak diagnostics, complex repairs, maintenance execution, and professional coordination on occupied sites.
What You’ll Lead:
- Commercial leak investigation and root-cause troubleshooting
- Repairs across EPDM, TPO, PVC, and SBS systems
- Rooftop inspections
- Site Bid upsells
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Tenant improvement and emergency response work
- Jobsite execution with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
Key Foreman Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records including labor, materials, delays, and project notes in CPC.
- Quality & Productivity Ownership: Ensure all work meets Raven Roofing standards while managing productivity, schedule, and job efficiency.
- Crew Leadership & Development: Build a strong crew culture through clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce safety compliance, hazard controls, FLRAs, and incident response.
- Planning & Coordination: Prepare work plans, forecast resources, and coordinate with clients and other trades.
- Communication & Culture: Set the tone through professional communication and leadership aligned with company values.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial flat roofing leadership experience
- Strong service background (leaks, repairs, diagnostics)
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, SBS systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Current/Expired Fall Protection certification
- Ability to plan, document, and communicate effectively
- Commitment to safety and crew development
- Additional certifications an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
