Job Description:
Darry Contracting is seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in various job site environments, demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment for construction and maintenance activities on various job sites.
- Conduct routine pre-operational checks and minor maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to all applicable safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform duties in varying working conditions across different job sites.
- 1A license would be considered an asset, but NOT required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in equipment operation and construction methods.
- Ability to work professionally and effectively as part of a team.
- On the job training is an option for candidates who are eager to learn but have less experience in the industry.
Note: This position does not include specific benefits. Wage will be determined based on experience.
