Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Painter to join our professional team, providing high-quality services for interior and exterior residential painting plus commercial painting projects. Duties
- Prepare surfaces such as cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, stains, and finishes with attention to detail
- Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless blending with original surfaces
- knowledge of scaffolding, used safely for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- knowledge of spray equipment clean ups
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial painting, interior and exterior residential painting
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and caulking guns; proficient with power tools including spray guns and sanders
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively
- Time management abilities to meet deadlines without compromising qualityThis position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Candidates should possess painting and staining experience along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in spraying lacquers, paints, stains with exceptional clean up after spraying is completed
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
