The Quality Control Technician (QCT) must be detail-oriented, maintain high quality standards, and be comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work effectively within a team, take pride in the quality of their work, and follow established procedures and instructions.
Duties & Responsibilities

Perform daily audits of finished and in-process goods to verify plug quality.

Perform a full range of varied inspection tasks including visual and touch point inspection.

Perform first/middle/last quality checks on all production products.
-
Standardize and continuously improve through investigation and analysis with the end user/internal customer.

Support process simulation/bottleneck analysis for productivity/quality improvements.
-
Provide expertise and solutions for process capability improvements.
-
Maintain documents and records according to departmental requirements.

Follows all Company safety policies and procedures.
-
Follows Food Safety and GMPS’s as directed by Management.

Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).

Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.

Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
