Based out of head office in Elderbank NS, this position is a seasonal sales and customer relation position. As the ideal candidate you bring relevant industry experience and exhibit strong leadership qualities by means of a result driven work ethic. You are a well-rounded individual and team player who enjoys being on the phone speaking with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming customer order requests and inquiries.
- Outbound customer sales calls to achieve defined targets.
- Input customer information into POS and CRM systems.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships by identifying customer needs and arranging fulfillment, while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Coordinating deliveries with the assistance of operational team members.
- Process credit card payments
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, customer service, call center, or retail experience preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client management skills.
- Familiarity with POS and CRM software.
- A basic knowledge of product and service delivery processes.
- Experience and familiarity with landscaping, construction or contracting industries.
- Adaptable to working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Able to manage and build strong relationships with internal team members.

Education:
