Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, text messages and email inquiries
- Assist with appointment bookings and scheduling through MINDBODY
- Confirm appointments and manage client communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support day-to-day clinic administrative tasks
- Maintain organized communication records and client notes
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and assist with housekeeping throughout the clinic
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and customer services skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, communicating via text and in person
- Organized, proactive and responsive with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in busy environment
- Experience in reception, sales or medical aesthetics is an asset
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable with social media and modern communication tools
- Professional appearance
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
- Tuesday - Saturday
