Job Summary
We are seeking Massage Therapists to join our team! Join our team and contribute to creating a soothing environment where clients can rejuvenate their bodies and minds while receiving kind and effective treatments.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical terminology, assessment techniques to effectively assess client needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and needs prior to treatment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid RMT and liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not mandatory.
