Elegant Coatings is a growing company specializing in high-quality epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings. We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our team immediately.Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working lead installer to manage small crews (2–3 people) on residential and commercial epoxy and polyaspartic flooring projects.Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in concrete floor coatings
- Strong experience with epoxies, polyaspartics, urethanes, surface repairs, and self-levelling compounds
- Proficient with concrete grinding tools and preparation techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer to job sites
- Leadership skills to direct and work alongside a small crew
- Willingness to work longer hours when needed to complete projects
- Immediate availability
Compensation:
$25 – $35 per hour (based on experience and performance)Perks:
