Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or through take-out orders while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Experience with food handling and meal preparation in the food industry will help ensure smooth integration into the team
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer service excellence are highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
