We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator & Summer Fulfillment & Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Support front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support.
- Manage filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, document preparation, and calendar management.
- Provide clerical support including typing, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Support fulfillment processes during summer months by preparing and processing orders or shipments.
- Maintain organization of office supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
- Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience
- Prior office experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all essential tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting are necessary.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, answering multi-line phones, and customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or medical/dental office procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer support experience are important for interacting professionally with clients and team members.

Pay: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
