We are currently looking for seasonal part-time and full-time Wine Hosts excited to join for our 2026 season. Seasonal Position, May through to mid October
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, guest-first service that reflects our brand values of warmth, knowledge, and genuine hospitality from arrival to farewell.
- Provide guests with an educational and memorable tasting experience that translates to retail and membership sales.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle service recovery gracefully, and uphold consistent service standards throughout every interaction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while keeping the guest experience seamless and enjoyable.
- Show up as a strong team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Communicate in alignment with the brand and describe wines and techniques effectively and effortlessly.
- Coordinate sales and reservations with C7 POS system.
- Daily set up and cleanup of daily operations and events as required, including experience setting, all stemware and patio maintenance.
- Internal promotion of our Club, events and affiliated businesses.
- Assisting with special events as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering strong service standards in a guest-facing environment.
- Experience in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality service is a strong asset.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, early evenings and the occasional evening event.
- Genuine passion for wine, its production and service.
- Able to stand and/or walk for long periods (6 to 8 hours) and regularly lift 40 lbs.
- ISG / CAPS, CMS or WSET certification preferred.
- Serving It Right certification required.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- References required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
