Responsibilities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic record keeping and invoice processing
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when communicating
- Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, especially in clerical or administrative roles
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with data entry, filing systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Payroll, Accounts Payable. Account Receivable, Excel
Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour
