We're hiring a TRT Specialist to work directly with our Hormone Nurse Practitioners/Physician Team in a fast-growing medical wellness and testosterone replacement therapy practice. This role is focused on supporting men through their hormone optimization journey.
What You'll Do
- Support male hormone therapy and medical wellness patients under a Nurse Practitioner
- Complete patient intakes, vitals, focused assessments, and health histories
- Review lab results (testosterone panels, metabolic markers, CBC) with patients and flag concerns to the NP
- Provide patient education related to TRT protocols, injection techniques, and treatment plans
- Document care clearly and accurately in the medical record
- Coordinate follow-ups and collaborate closely with the clinical team
What We're Looking For
- LPN, RN, or Medical Office Assistant certification preferred
- Candidates with a background in fitness, personal training, bodybuilding, or men's health are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and comfort discussing men's health topics
- Professional, detail-oriented, and clinically grounded
- Someone who values doing things properly, not loosely
- Clinical training provided for the right candidate
