Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Rigger/Labourer to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors and indoors, and being part of a team that tackles unique rigging and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in rigging and moving heavy equipment, machinery, and materials
- Set up, dismantle, and inspect rigging gear, hoists, and lifting equipment
- Work with supervisors and rigging teams to ensure safe operations
- Load and unload equipment and materials on-site
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times
- Perform general labour duties, including site cleanup, equipment maintenance, and supporting skilled riggers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in rigging, construction, or industrial labour is an asset (training can be provided)
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, working at heights)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or better) required
- Safety tickets such as CSTS, Fall Protection, First Aid, or Forklift Certification are considered an asset

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
