Room Attendant with Laundry Support Role: The role of the room attendant is to ensure the moment a guest steps into their room, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Room Attendant, your primary role is to ensure guest rooms and suites are always fresh and welcoming. Additionally this role will include a laundry support role imperative to the flow of room attendant duties while ensuring all linens are stain free and laundered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride,
- Make sure our Guest rooms and Suites are always at their best , not only ensuring our standards are met but ensuring the guest feels our staff have paid special attention to make the room a memorable experience.
- Be organized - keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimize waste and added steps.
- Safety aware – follow our established safety procedures at all times - and wear protective equipment as needed.
- · Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
Note: Due to the nature of this job, weekends are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
Work Location: In person
