Building Works is a growing Calgary based building renovation and restoration contractor specializing in residential and commercial building restoration.
We are searching for an additional Home Improvement / Restoration Project Manager, who is well versed in the building and concrete restoration industry.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission and bonuses. $100-150 K plus.
Other benefits include and extended health and dental plan, and a vehicle and gas allowances.
Candidates must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills.
- Extensive knowledge of building construction, materials and methods.
- Is very familiar with the Alberta Building Code
- At least 5 years of experience selling home improvement and building restoration projects.
- Has experience working with property management companies and structural engineers.
- Has a proven track record with great local references.
- Is a team player.
- Has a high level of self-motivation.
- Has a valid driver license and a clean drivers abstract.
