- Knowledge of construction industry through relevant experience, training or education (New grads welcome!)
- Strong organizational skills and administrative abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using Procore/Bluebeam/Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD would be considered an asset
- Assist Project Manager and Foreperson’s, where applicable, in the day-to-day duties of project and service administration.
- Establish and build good relationships with peers and clients by responding to requests and communicating information in a timely manner.
- Participate in preparation of quality and safety documentation, provide administrative support for estimating, procurement, drafting, and technical reviews & design builds.
- Assist with preparation of material takeoffs, budgets and fabrication schedules.
- Liaise with partners, consultants and clients as required.
- Review and understand scope of work, project specifications, design instructions, and supplier information.
- Maintain technical and financial construction documents workflow
