What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh pastas, sauces, and traditional Italian dishes
- Create new seasonal pasta specials that showcase your skills
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a pasta chef or in an Italian kitchen
- Deep knowledge of regional Italian pasta types and sauces
- Passion for fresh ingredients and handmade preparation
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and creativity
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
