Role Overview
We are seeking a highly proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant & Client Success Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the reliable heartbeat of communication, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while working hand-in-hand with our Account Management team to execute high-impact technical deliverables.

Core Responsibilities1. Client Success & Coordination
- Primary Relationship Lead: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, building trust, managing expectations, and gathering feedback.
- Onboarding Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate the complete client onboarding process, ensuring all required project information and documentation are collected efficiently.
- Strategic Alignment: Deeply understand client goals and objectives to effectively guide internal creative and technical teams toward successful project delivery.
- Growth Opportunities: Monitor client satisfaction, identify pain points, and proactively recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant agency services.
2. Technical Marketing Execution
- CRM & Funnel Management: Build, test, and troubleshoot end-to-end marketing funnels, automated workflows, pages, and triggers within GoHighLevel and Hubspot.
- Email Marketing: Design high-converting email templates and write compelling, professional copy that aligns perfectly with individual client brand voices.
- Multimedia Support: Support agency podcast and YouTube workflows by creating highly engaging thumbnails and extracting top-tier promotional clips for social media distribution.
- AI Integration: Leverage and integrate emerging AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, etc.) to optimize content creation, expedite research, and drive operational efficiency beyond basic text generation.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, accurate records of all client interactions, project timelines, and agreements within the agency's CRM and project management spaces (ClickUp).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a marketing agency or client-facing digital environment.
- Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel. Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Hubspot is highly preferred.
- Marketing Scope: A strong understanding of full-stack digital marketing principles, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, lead nurturing, and a basic grasp of SEO best practices.
- Niche Preference: Previous experience working within the financial sector or directly with financial advisors is a major plus.
- Work Environment: Proven ability to work productively, communicate seamlessly, and manage tasks independently in a remote, completely asynchronous team environment.
