Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems for cashiering, cash handling, and sales transactions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays
- Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on technical products and services
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the shift
- Support team members in achieving daily sales goals through effective communication and teamwork
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail merchandising practices preferred
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide engaging product demos
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
