The Academy for Mathematics & English tutors students all grades for Math and Science, grades 11 & 12 in Physics and Chemistry. We are currently recruiting candidates to be our High School Tutor for our Aurora location.

Job Description:
· Tutor must be able to tutor Math from grades 9 to grade 12 with a strong emphasis on Functions, Advanced Functions and Calculus.
· Tutor must be able to tutor the following subject areas: Physics and/or Chemistry (Gr.11-12).
- Sessions are held in the late afternoon, evenings and/or weekends
- Tutors work with the same students on a daily/weekly basis
- Tutors are not required to prepare lesson plans and the teaching curriculum is provided
- This is a permanent part-time position
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a degree in the related field or currently studying in them
- A minimum of 1-year tutoring experience is preferred
- Candidates must be available Monday to Friday from 3:30pm. to 8:30pm. and Saturday from 10:00am. to 2:00pm. (Minimum of 3 days per week)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
