We are expanding our regional corporate infrastructure and hiring a full-time Property Operations & Maintenance Coordinator. Please note: This position is 100% strictly ON-SITE at our downtown Edmonton head office (Manulife Place). No remote or hybrid work options are available.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations Tracking: Act as the central office dispatch, receiving maintenance logs, suite inspection data, and operational requests from on-field staff.
- Vendor Coordination: Schedule, log, and follow up with local contractors, cleaning crews, and repair services to ensure prompt property turnover.
- Database Management: Maintain absolute data integrity within our property management software, entering maintenance logs, service timestamps, and vendor profiles.
- Inventory Control: Oversee digital tracking of office and property supplies, auditing incoming orders, package balances, and supplier invoices.
- Reporting & Admin: Manage professional email communication, handle priority supply-chain documentation, and compile weekly operational performance reports.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Uncompromised reliability and full commitment to commute daily and work 100% on-site at our downtown Edmonton office location.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in property coordination, office dispatch, operations support, logistics, or data clerk roles.
- Advanced verbal and written English communication skills with a confident, professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Solid tech literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel data entry, Word, and Outlook).
- Outstanding multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for logistical details, tracking numbers, and scheduling metrics.
- Valid legal authorization to work full-time in Canada (Citizenship, PR, or open Work Permit).
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
