Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels for efficient operations
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required for scheduled appointments
