The Opportunity
Bow Mitsubishi is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team in Calgary. The Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting our sales staff with customers to secure their next new or used vehicle purchase, along with financing through our large network of lenders.
Primary Job Duties:
- Recruiting and developing sales staff
- Driving customer satisfaction
- Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
- Daily review of new programs and incentives offered by the manufacturer, ensuring the team has a clear understanding
- Ensuring all products are presented to every customer every time
- Delivering consistent training in New and Used vehicles as well as processes
- Providing clear direction and setting goals with staff
Capabilities and Credentials:
- Experience in Prime and Non-Prime financing, car sales, or equivalent work experience
- Previous dealership experience is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines
- Results-focused and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- High level of personal integrity with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate sound judgement and maturity
- Strong relationship-building skills with a high degree of stamina
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
