About the Role
- Experience managing complex litigation files is required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to the legal team.
- Manage litigation files from initiation through to resolution.
- Prepare, draft, and organize court documents and legal correspondence.
- Coordinate hearings, discoveries, trials, and other litigation-related deadlines and schedules.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court registries, and other external parties.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.
- Manage multiple files and competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience in Indigenous Law is considered a strong asset.
- Work on diverse and challenging litigation matters while continuing to develop your expertise in litigation support.

What You Bring
- 3 plus years of experience as a legal assistant in litigation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and court filing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach and strong team orientation
