Your Role
- Engage: Supervise and guide children in fun, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Implement: Deliver a creative curriculum aligned with Alberta early childhood guidelines.
- Nurture: Support individual child development, emotional growth, and positive behaviour.
- Protect: Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment.
- Connect: Communicate openly and effectively with parents, children, and fellow staff.
- Document: Keep accurate, required daily records and developmental progress notes.
What You Bring
- Certification: Valid Level 2 or Level 3 ECE certification recognized in Alberta.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a childcare setting.
- Credentials: Current Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong understanding of child development and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Spirit: A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for early education.
