Campbell Bros. Movers (A Canada Moving Company) is London Ontario’s oldest moving company and has been providing affordable moving rates for over 125 years and it’s the location of Canada Moving’s National Headquarters. We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and be customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Arranging and scheduling services interacting with agents and operations personnel and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers.
- Maintaining system updates and documenting/monitoring steps.
- Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process.
- Working with operations team to coordinate booked moves.
Experience
- Qualifications: Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and analyze data for errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other organizations.
- 2 years customer service experience is an asset

Pay: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
