Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. This role is essential to supporting various operational activities across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong work ethic and willingness to perform manual tasks are highly valued.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Support construction or manufacturing teams with general labor tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety standards are met
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Help with site preparation, cleanup, and disposal of debris
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors to support project timelines
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
