Yard Staff – Shipping & Receiving
Armour Equipment is hiring a full-time Yard Staff team member to support our shipping, receiving, and scaffold yard operations in Calgary.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and willing to learn. Experience with scaffolding, forklifts, construction yards, or shipping and receiving is an asset, but we are prepared to train the right person.
Our yard is a critical part of Armour’s operation. Our field crews and customers depend on material being counted properly, stacked properly, loaded properly, and tracked properly. When the yard runs well, the rest of the company runs better.
This role involves outdoor work, repetitive lifting, cleaning and organizing scaffold components, preparing outgoing orders, receiving returned material, loading and unloading trucks, tracking inventory, and helping keep the yard safe, clean, and efficient.
We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows direction, pays attention to detail, and treats others with respect. The right person will take pride in doing the job properly, even when the work is repetitive or physically demanding.
The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.
