Our company is seeking a Appointment Setter to help us coordinate appointments with our customers. A successful candidate will help us book and coordinate customer appointments for our sales and service techs. This position is open to both experienced candidates who are great at scheduling appointments, and those with no experience who are willing to learn the process and follow a detailed protocol.
Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments for service, sales by calling the client database, making phone calls and sending emails.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Keep client and staff information confidential.
- Answer questions.
- Provide advice regarding the company and Water products that we retail.
- Confirm appointments have been completed.
- Contact customers by email and telephone.
