Restaurant Manager – A&W

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $38.00 per hour / 40 hours per week
Schedule: Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, On-Call shifts available

About the Role
A&W is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Monitor revenues and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Analyze budgets and control food, supply, and operational costs
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
- Create and manage employee work schedules
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards
Qualifications
- College diploma or certificate in hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
