We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and pricing strategies.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting processes to maintain financial health of the store.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and reporting.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail management with supervisory responsibilities.
