Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, helping them relax, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring each client receives a personalized and satisfying experience.
Both experienced RMTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage techniques.
- Assess clien's condition and discuss their goals to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend additional therapies or products when appropriate.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow all Alberta RMT regulations, standards, and ethics
- Work collaboratively with reception and clinic staff.
Experience
- Active Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) license in Alberta
- Prior experience as a Massage therapist; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Professional liability insurance

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and empathetically.
