Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager whose number one priority is supporting the Store Manager across all areas of operations. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step up, take ownership, and be a true right hand to store leadership — from managing the team and driving sales to ensuring an outstanding customer experience every single day.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and lead department performance
- Assist with employee scheduling, staffing, and development
- Coach and mentor team members to help them succeed
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer experience
- Monitor productivity, inventory, and store presentation standards
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalated issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational procedures
- Support store management in achieving operational and financial goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience — or a demonstrated ability to grow into the role
- Experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service environments
- Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written — are required
- High technical aptitude; experience working with AI tools or a genuine passion to learn and apply them
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated accountability and integrity
