Position Overview
We are currently seeking several individuals to join our Accounting & Administration team. Depending on experience, skills, and organizational needs, successful candidates may be assigned to one of the following areas:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable & Invoicing
- Customer Service & Administration

Potential Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Process vendor invoices and credit notes
- Statement reconciliation
- Prepare payment runs
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate vendor records and filing systems
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing
- Review work orders for billing accuracy
- Generate customer invoices
- Assist with collections and account follow-up
- Respond to customer billing inquiries
- Maintain customer account records
Customer Service & Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
- Assist customers by creating service requests
- Support scheduling and administrative functions
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, or a related office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, or other accounting/ERP software is considered an asset
- Experience in the construction, mechanical services, or service industry is considered an asset

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
