Position: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food items following established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset but not required (training will be provided)
Location: Opa Souvlaki Westhills - WestHills Towne Centre on Sarcee Trail SW
Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 10 PM; Sunday, 10 AM to 9 PM
