Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) with Interest in Aesthetic Medicine

Position Type: Flexible (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for aesthetics to join our team. This unique role combines clinical expertise with client experience management and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning laser technology, be teachable, trustworthy, personable and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Aesthetic Medicine treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox etc), Dermal Fillers, Morpheus 8 microneedling, and others.
- Support client consultations and personalized treatment plans.
- Manage client scheduling and communications, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Engage with clients and promote our services .
- Share knowledge and updates through social media platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest in aesthetic treatments and technologies.
- Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies, including creating engaging social media content to promote the services.
- Educate patients about our services, membership programs, and product offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance clinic operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN with a valid, current license to practice in New Brunswick
- Interest in Aesthetic Medicine and willingness to and grow in the aesthetics field
- Aesthetic course in neuromodulators/fillers or a plan to take it in the near future
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms with an understanding on content creation and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to clinic needs
- Bilingualism considered an asset
