Job Description
We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Hourly Drivers to provide transportation services for clients, goods and services as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent time-management skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
What You Will Do
- Household: Join the household moving team and act as team lead for customers moving homes
- Commercial: Assist with execution of commercial moves for corporate customers in a driver role
- Assist with tear down, loading, unloading and set up of residential and commercial goods
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of company vehicles and safely operate equipment
- Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate fashion, to be submitted promptly
- Develop business relationships with clients through daily operations
- Handle inquiries or concerns from clients in a professional manner and redirect where required
- Additional tasks as assigned
What You Will Need
- A G, GZ, AZ or DZ license with 3-5 years driving experience
- Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift.
- Fluency with speaking, reading and writing in English
- Ability to produce a high-quality customer service experience, achieving topnotch customer satisfaction
- Reliable individual with strong attention to detail and possess teamwork skills
- Evening and weekend availability is mandatory
- Currently holds a clean driving record, a background check will also be performed
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience with pad wrapping and loading trucks would be an asset
