Position Overview
We are currently hiring Experienced Hydrovac Swampers/Laborers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to contribute to a positive work atmosphere while working toward a shared goal of excellence.

Requirements
- CSTS (Construction Safety Training System)
- H2S Alive
- Ground Disturbance Level 2
- Fall Protection
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (clean abstract preferred)
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Assist Hydrovac Operators in daily tasks
- Perform ground spotting, general labor, and safe operation of tools
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
- Maintain job site cleanliness and assist as needed
- Support the operator during hydrovac excavation work

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
